Terms of Service

01. Acceptable Use

MoleTun is designed for gaming and virtual LAN connectivity. By using our service, you agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal activities, cyber-attacks, or distributing malware.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users within the network.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the MoleTun client or disrupt our coordination servers.

02. Service & Availability

The service is provided "as is". Since connections are Peer-to-Peer, network performance depends heavily on your and your peer's internet service providers (NAT types, firewalls, etc.). While we provide the tools to punch through NATs, we cannot guarantee 100% connectivity in all network environments.

03. Subscriptions & Refunds

Payments are securely handled by Stripe.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the User Dashboard.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support if you believe you were billed in error.

04. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, particularly regarding abusive behavior or illegal network usage.
